In this lively, interactive workshop we will use engaging, useful writing activities as both stress-relievers and mindfulness practices that promote self-compassion. Studies show that writing about stressful aspects of our life, such as being a caregiver or going through a challenging transition, promotes physical and mental well-being. These activities help build resilience and promoting perspective about our lives. Cost is $60, snacks and journals will be provided to participants.
