Mindful Movement is about journeying through life's transitions and challenges from loss and grief to healing and wholeness. This is an ongoing workshop, with open enrollment. The first session will include introduction to the labyrinth, checkin by the facilitator, and hand-outs. All ability levels are welcome, these exercises are not physically demanding and can be adapted for all. Workshop is presented by Victoria O. Milne.
