Special Event: Writing for Wellness

In this lively, interactive workshop we will use engaging, useful writing activities as both stress-relievers and mindfulness practices that promote self-compassion. Studies show that writing about stressful aspects of our life, such as being a caregiver or going through a challenging transition, promotes physical and mental well-being. These activities help build resilience, promoting perspective about our lives.
