Participants will be guided to the posture of the "present moment" through arm and body movements and guided imagery. Each week will feature a different movement or imagery that will draw from the Christian, Jewish, Hindu and Earth based traditions, prayers and practices. The session will conclude with the opportunity for participants to affirm their experience through the creation of an individual art expression using provided supplies.
All ability levels are welcome, these exercises are not physically demanding and can be adapted for all.
