What is Art Therapy?

Throughout history artists have used their medium to express their experience, struggles and successes. Art Therapy uses visual arts and the creative process to support, maintain and improve psychosocial, physical, cognitive & spiritual health. Art-making is a health-enhancing practive that positively impacts quality of life.
